How do I add another location of my business?
If you have multiple businesses or locations, each of them should have a separate business page on Findin9ja. To add a location, simply follow the directions in the How do I add a business to Findin9ja article. If you will like to manage the business page with the same business account, submit the new location with your current business account email.
Note that the submitted business page will still need to be approved by our moderators before you can claim it and add it to your business account.
Can businesses partner with Findin9ja to host a Findin9ja Event?
Findin9ja is so dynamic that there are different ways you can partner with Findin9ja to spread the word about your business to the Findin9ja community. For example, you can host an event in your space, showcase your wares alongside other vendors at a Findin9ja-organized event, or participate in a custom marketing partnership.

How do I post photos of my business to Findin9ja?

Go to the Photos & Videos section of Findin9ja for Business Owners
- Click Upload Photos
- From there you can select photos to upload to your business page. The image dimensions should be smaller than 5000 x 5000px.

- Tap Photos in the sidebar menu:
- Tap the camera icon that says Add Photo
- Either take a new photo by tapping Take Photo or select one from your library (to upload from your library, Findin9ja will need access to your photos and videos)
- View the preview and select Next if you approve

To get your personal Business listed on findin9ja, kindly fill the Sign up form and wait for a verification code to be sent to your email within 24hours. Once the first procedure is complete, you can login to fill in the details of the business and list your business.
Will business owners comment on the review?
Yes, Business owners and other customers can share their thoughts on your review.
Do I have to register online or can I register manually?
Registration can happen through the following means

How do I get a link on my business's Facebook page that leads to my Findin9ja page?
Some Facebook business pages have a 'Findin9ja link' that directs to their business page on Findin9ja. Although this involves your Findin9ja page, it is a Facebook feature and you will need to contact them directly for any assistance.
Can I post articles from my business page?
You can post business article, new offers, discounts, articles, reviews, etc. which will be made public subject to approval from our support team.
How do I respond to a message or quote request from my business account?
You would have to put on your email notification in order to use the messaging feature, these would help you keep a favorable response rate and response time. If you do not respond to any new messages within 30 days, messaging will be disabled. To re-enable it you must reply to a message (or mark as replied).

Once your business page has been created, you may be receiving notifications of messages in your email box.
